Step 2: Meet with Superintendent/Principal Valla. Enrollment availability and approval will be provided at this time.
Step 3: If you do not live within VDMUSD boundaries, please complete an Inter-District Transfer form with your District of Residence.
Step 4: Complete the Enrollment Forms
If you wish to complete a paper enrollment packet, please notify the office at (805) 686-1880 and we will gladly provide one for you.
To complete the packet online, please go to vista.schoolwise.com to create your Parent Portal account. If you have returned your completed enrollment forms to the office, your students have already been entered into our SchoolWise system and you can select the second option to request an activation code. If you have NOT yet returned the enrollment forms, please select the third option to request the activation code. Once you complete this step, the appropriate forms will be available for you to complete!
Residence within the boundaries of Vista Del Mar Union School District. Please provide two utility bills (gas, water, electric, etc.) upon registration.

Inter-District Boundary Agreement Information
Inter-District permits are required for all students residing outside of the Vista Del Mar Union School District (VUSD) and wish to attend Vista de Las Cruces School. Placements are determined after all Vista Del Mar School District resident students are in place. VUSD will begin taking requests for the 2023-2024 school year via application January 1, 2023.
