The Vista Del Mar Union School District Governing Board consists of three members who are passionate about their commitment to excellence. Our board meets regularly to make decisions about school policies, budget allocations, and program goals.
We encourage parents and other community members to attend our regular meetings, which are listed on our school calendar.

Regular Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted, at 5:30 p.m. at the Vista De Las Cruces School Campus

Posting of Agendas and Attachments
The official copy of the Board of Education meeting agenda is posted the District/School office located at 9467 San Julian Road, Gaviota, CA 93117. The agenda is posted 72 hours in advance of a regular board meeting. Agenda attachments are generally available for inspection in the office reception area before 4:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to a Thursday board meeting. In the event of an emergency board meeting, the agenda is posted 24 hours in advance of an emergency meeting and the attachments are available in the office reception area.
In accordance with the Brown Act, the Board of Education meeting agendas with attachments are also available on our New Gamut Agenda page linked here. A direct link to the current agenda is also posted at the upper left on the District's home page. Every effort is made to upload agenda attachments onto the website in a timely fashion.
